We are a small family breeder located in Central Minnesota, outside of Monticello. We specialize in raising Cavapoos (Cavoodles) and mini-Cockapoos (Sproodles). Because we are not a puppy mill, we only have a few litters each year.
We put a lot of time and energy and care into raising our pups - which keeps us very busy.
We believe that God brings the right families together with the right puppies - a "match made in heaven".
We like to get to know our future family members. So don't be surprised if we ask lots of personal questions. And we like to keep in touch after everyone goes home!
On a side note, we do not ship our pups. If your family is chosen to adopt one of our pups, you will need to travel to Minnesota to pick up your pup.
Our Cavapoos and mini-Cockapoos have outstanding temperaments. They are generally non-shedding and great for most families with allergies.
Breeding a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a Mini Poodle or a Cocker Spaniel with a Mini Poodle gives you the best of both worlds - superior intelligence and a loyal companion that is eager to please.
Our pups average 9-16 lbs in weight when full grown.
Our Cavapoos and Cockapoos are ranging in coloring from cinnamon with white markings, brindle, to black and tan pups. Because God is the final Creator of the puppies, we cannot guarantee any colors, whether those colors will fade, or whether they will have curly, wavy or a straight coat. We have found that a puppy's coat isn't determined until about 10 weeks of ago.
A puppy's personality does not start coming out until about 5-6 weeks. By this time, our puppies have all been spoken for. There is no difference between a male or female puppy as far as personality either. Just like children, each puppy has a distinct personality.
Welcome to our Family.

A mama dog is pregnant for 9 weeks. Once she has her puppies:
- WoodHaven Pups will look thru all applications that have been submitted.
Please note: all families will NOT be contacted.
- If your family is a good fit for our WoodHaven Family, we will then set up a time to do a Zoom interview.
- If your family is chosen, you will be invited to choose a puppy from a photo. (This is when a puppy is around 2-3 weeks.)
- If your family is interested, you will have 5 hours to place a 500$ non-refundable deposit.
From this point, we will contact you via texting with weekly picture updates and a video around week
6-7. Please be patient - we have a family too. When your puppy has reached 4 weeks of age, we will contact you to reserve an adoption date/time. NOTE: Due to the changing nature of our world, we will no longer be welcoming visits from families before adoption day.
Adoption Day is scheduled for when puppies are 8 weeks old (never before 8 weeks). On Adoption Day, plan for 30-45 minutes to meet with us and learn tips and helps for being a new puppy parent. You will be given a generous welcome home puppy packet and lots of good information. And, of course, hold your newest family member. NOTE: We do not allow you to bring your other dog(s) to join you for Adoption Day.
The remaining adoption fee of 1300$ will be due at that time. You will also be asked to sign the Bill of Sale (see below), receive all of the additional paperwork, and go over any other questions you may have. And - take your first family photo with your new puppy!
Once you're home, WoodHaven Pups likes to stay in touch. And, of course, is always available for questions and pictures!!
The Adoption Fee for a Cavapoo or a Cockapoo is 1800$ total; 500$ nonrefundable deposit and the remaining 1300$ on Adoption Day. This fee includes being up to date on all shots and dewormings, being microchipped, a one year health guarantee, a generous welcome home puppy packet, the start of potty training, and the first vet visit.

After choosing your puppy, a 500$ non-refundable deposit will be required within 5 hours.
We accept cash, Venmo or Zelle for a deposit. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your puppy. After WoodHaven Pups receives your deposit, you will be texted a signed receipt.
On Adoption Day, we accept ONLY cash or can use Square (credit/debit card) for the remaining amount due. If you choose to use your credit/debit card, you will be charged the 3% fee (38$).
If you have served with the military or are currently serving, or if you are a police officer, please let us know so we can offer you 10% off your adoption fee as a thank you for protecting us and serving our Country and Communities. (Documentation will need to be provided.)

If the cause is congenital, Seller will replace the puppy when a "like" puppy becomes available; this could take up to 24 months.
